I have leveled to 61 in the most underrated fashion:

I was thinking, I swear I have some challenge that will get me the exp without going anywhere. Funny thing is that I had to buy 2 items to get the challenge listed. Ah how things work out sometimes.

I think by now, most of the level'ing comes from either kills or missions. I thought it was just a neat thing that happened. Plus it kinda shows how little I actually bought and how much I farmed pre-Knoxx as I really didn't buy anything while going through the main storyline in Knoxx.
