The GBX forums are dying a slow and painful death...

ennui's been very busy. I've been stressed. The other new moderators don't really read the trading forums. Don't expect it to continue though. Hopefully we can get thins straightened out sooner rather than later.

Well, since I left my position as a moderator, probably nothing. There was some interest in the new smilies at first, but interest seemed to fade fast. I didn't have the energy to keep pushing and no one else brought it up again. As for the trade forums? I'd say they're fucked. Seriously and totally fucked.

I'm going to start talking to venomous about bringing the trade forums back.

Good luck with that. I don't really think they can be brought back. It'll take a miracle. Which means it'll never happen. You may get them back up to an extent but the guys over at the NO BS forums (the ones who aren't banned anyway) will just COWABUNGA BROHEIM'em up again.

Then they'll get banned and we'll get back to trading. I think if I can get venomous, me and a few others we can get it back up and running.

Part of the problem with the trade forums to begin with was how they decided to handle things in the first place. They should have reported posts and PM'd the moderators instead of harassing people. Also, they needed to add more info to their reports. half the time I couldn't do anything because I couldn't understand the report (too vague) and I had no idea why something was upsetting to someone.

Plus the fact that they dragged out arguments instead of walking away.
